The lawned gardens surround this delightful property and contain a 'boule' under the shady trees. Situated within 5 mins of a lovely beach and only minutes away from restaurants , shops and supermarkets. Car hire is not essential at this villa though for guests staying more than one week it is recommended that you hire a car for part or all of the second week to allow you to visit other parts of the island.

The villa has a major refurbishment over the winter season. A new fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, and all expected kitchen equipment. Both existing bathrooms were completely renewed. New floor tiles were laid to the whole villa, new electrics, new wardrobes and doors. The swimming pool is now heated. Maximum of 8 people to stay.

Binibeca Vell is part of the Binibeca resort and is one of the most desirable areas of the island.
