A four bedroom detached villa situated at Son Parc on the north west of the island. Son Parc is a beautiful pine clad area with the wide beach of Arenal. All water sports are available on the beach only 15 mins walk through the pines to the beach from the villa or 5 mins in the car. Within 5 mins by car is the only golf course on the island. Temporary membership available and clubs can be hired. This villa can only be described as modern with leather sofas and all the facilities you could want for a wonderful family holiday. Sleeping up to 8 in four twin bedrooms. New en-suite master bedroom . Sitting room, dining room, large kitchen, outside utility with shower and washing machine. The gardens show the house off to its best with glorious colourful flowers and plants all over the garden. A brand new heated swimming pool leads from the house. The villa is in a quiet location yet only 15-25 mins walk to numerous bars restaurants and shops. Son Parc is 15 mins away by car from the wonderful oval beach of Arenal Den Castell, with a host or water-sports, wonderful beach gently sloping into the crystal clear waters. Fornells renowned for the delightful fish restaurants and small harbour is also only 15 min away. A car is considered essential to enjoy the full value of this villa's location.
