Welcome to Wineba Villas and Apartments. A range of privately owned villas and apartments for rent on the lovely unspoilt island of Menorca, Lanzarote and the Algarve Portugal. The properties are all owned by my family and close friends, and we hope will be let to discerning families who look for good value holidays.

All our villas in Menorca have at least three bedrooms, satellite T.V and have private swimming pools. Some even have heated pools. They are situated on the south coast at Binibeca, S'Algar, Cap D'en Font, and Punta Prima. On the north coast at Son Parc near Arenal, The apartments are situated at Punta Prima on the the south coast.

New in 2005 is 3 bedroom luxury villa at Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. Heated swimming pool, 3 En-suite bathrooms, newly built this year. Very luxurious, wonderful sea views.

The property in the Algarve is situated close to Albufeira.

The prices are well below any other rental companies as no commission is paid to any commercial company. All the villas and apartments are owned by my family and friends. please compare our prices, you will realise that we offer outstanding value for money. No hidden surcharges. The price is for the property up to the optimum occupancy. When extra persons above the optimum occupancy are required they are charged at £100 per week. We would rather not have more people than the properties can properly hold!

All villas are fully equipped with all linen and towels (other than beach towels). Cots and high chairs are available on request. Maids clean the property before guests arrive and deliver fresh linen after the first week on a two week holiday. Welcome packs are available on request.
